Riviera Locals lists lawyers, doctors, estate agents, tradespeople, and dozens of other professionals across 10 towns on the French Riviera. Most work in English, and many also work in Italian, Spanish, German, or Russian. You can filter by category, by town, or by the language you actually need.
Finding any of that on your own usually means reading Google reviews in French and hoping you understood the good parts, or calling three offices before someone answers in English. That's the part I built this to save you from.
How a listing gets a Verified badge
Every listing starts from a real, working business in one of the towns covered here, not just a name pulled from a database and left untouched.
A Verified badge just means I've been in direct contact with that business myself, or the business has claimed and confirmed its own profile, not a licence check or a background check.
If you run one of the businesses listed here, you're welcome to find your listing and claim it to fix anything that's wrong. Details confirmed by the business itself beat me guessing from a Google listing.
Built by one person, currently in Nice
Riviera Locals is built by one person, not a company. I've lived in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Germany, and I'm the newcomer again now, this time in Nice, still adding to the list I wished existed when I arrived. It also means that when you get in touch, you're talking to me directly, not a support queue, and I try to get back to people quickly.
